We are happy and honored to welcome IRCCS Neurologico Mediterraneo of Pozzilli (IS) among the signatories of the collaboration agreement for the development and implementation of the Global Burden of Disease project in Italy.
With IRCCS Neuromed, there are now 20 research institutions involved in the Agreement, a consolidating national network whose goal is to make the estimates generated under the Global Burden of Disease Study increasingly adherent to the Italian and global reality and increasingly an indispensable tool for health planning and scientific research.
Prof. Licia Iacoviello’s research group, which already actively collaborates with the GBD and the Italian GBD Initiative, thus strengthens the link with our network, making a fundamental contribution to the achievement of shared goals.
